Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a fast-paced surgical unit where you will provide exceptional post-operative care to patients. You will be responsible for maintaining surgical procedure sites, performing wound care, managing Foley Catheters, and administering blood transfusions, among other critical tasks. Responsibilities

• Maintenance of post-op surgical procedure sites
• Wound care including packing, dressing changes, and wound vac maintenance
• Foley Catheter care and continuous bladder irrigation
• Ostomy appliance management
• Nasogastric tube insertion and suction
• TPN administration
• Blood administration and central line care
• Participate in bedside shift report

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Strong time management skills and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork experience; background in post-op surgical areas preferred
