Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Night Shift

Shift: Nights - 19:00 to 07:00

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU team for the night shift. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a 10-bed ICU, handling occasional med-surg overflow patients as necessary. This position demands expertise in critical care nursing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in the management of patient overflow from med-surg units as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Travelers must provide permanent home address and Social Security number with submission.
