Registered Nurse - Critical Care

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 3 days a week (3x12's)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with critical care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a critical care setting, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
• Float to stepdown units as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN Licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically MedHost preferred.

Patient Care Details

• Patient ratio: 2:1, 3-4:1 depending on the unit.
• Navy scrubs required.
• Facility has 27 beds.
