Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

This is a 16-week contract position.

Schedule

ROTATION - 12HR: 3A-3P / 7A-7P rotation. 36 hours per week. Weekend requirement: One weekend shift per contracted week or two weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least one holiday per contract.

Job Description

Join a large, high-acuity Emergency Department with 80 treatment spaces in a modern environment. The team is experienced, collaborative, and supportive, focusing on high-quality patient care, including specialized geriatric emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in specialized geriatric emergency care programs as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Active NY RN license.
• NIH and AHA BLS certifications.
• 2 years of U.S. work history required for non-U.S. candidates.
