Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown/ICU Registered Nurse

This position requires a 7P - 7:30A shift, ensuring continuous patient care during the nighttime hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Neuro-Progressive care or ICU environments. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing assessments, and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of neuro and critical care patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neuro-progressive and stepdown ICU patients.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MUST have Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience.
• Epic experience is REQUIRED.
• Completion of a Neuro-Progressive competency exam and skills checklist upon offer.
• NAVE BLUE scrubs are required for this position.
