Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) - 13-Week Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift in the operating room with a schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a floating day off or the option for five eight-hour shifts. Potential on-call duty for one day per week.

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will operate C-arm, O-arm, and portable imaging units within the operating room setting. The technologist will also assist in providing imaging services to emergency department patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize C-arm and O-arm imaging technology effectively during surgical procedures.
• Assist with imaging needs for emergency department patients on a periodic basis.
• Ensure quality control and maintenance of imaging equipment.
• Comply with all safety and infection control protocols in the operating suite.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Experience in operating room imaging preferred.
