Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and comfort while supporting their healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate care.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients through effective communication and active engagement.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical unit preferred.
• Current ACLS certification required.
• Active Registered Nurse licensure.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment and make decisive judgments.
