Job Description

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality medical and surgical care in a 225-bed specialty care hospital. The nurse will work in a dynamic environment, focusing on adult and geriatric patients and managing their care needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid RN license.
• ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical/surgical unit.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
