Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Med/Surg Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and possess exceptional clinical skills in a telemetry environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care in the Med/Surg telemetry unit.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans, medications, and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience prior to applying.
• Active RN license in Ohio or a compact state.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required.
• Two professional references from a manager or supervisor in the specialty required.
