Schedule

5x8 hours, Monday through Friday (09:00 - 17:30). Orientation shifts will be from 08:00 - 16:30 for the first two weeks. There are opportunities to take call if interested, but it is not required.

Job Description

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will be responsible for conducting PET scans and other nuclear medicine procedures. Candidates with prior experience in PET scans are preferred; however, training will be provided on-site for the right candidate. This position requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience in nuclear medicine.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET scans and various nuclear imaging procedures.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients' conditions.
• Ensure quality control of imaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine.
• Valid California State License.
• Certification in BLS, NMTCB, or ARRT (Nuclear).
• Prior experience with PET scans preferred.
