Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic therapy services team at our state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. Our facility is committed to providing intensive, patient-focused rehabilitation for individuals experiencing a loss of function due to injury or illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, trauma, and orthopedic injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes and enhance recovery quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California Physical Therapist License.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in acute rehabilitation or acute care settings.
• Experience treating patients with neurological conditions and orthopedic injuries preferred.
