Registered Nurse - Acute Rehab

Day Shift: 5x8 hours (08:30 AM - 05:00 PM)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with acute rehab experience or a willingness to float to an acute rehab unit. This position involves providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate nursing plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nursing interventions as necessary.
• Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in the state of California.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Previous charge experience is a plus.
