Job Description

The Home Health Registered Nurse will provide nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high standards of patient care and a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to home health patients.
• Monitor patient health and progress in coordination with healthcare plans.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform nursing procedures as required.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess home health nursing experience.
• Current RN License in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in hospice care is preferred.
• Reliable vehicle for patient visits is required.
