Schedule

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Call: One day a week and every 5th weekend.

Job Description

The Cardiac Catheterization Lab Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for monitoring patients during cardiac procedures, including sedation management and hemodynamic monitoring. The RN will work collaboratively within the Cath Lab team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and hemodynamics during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Administer sedation and medications as per protocols.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the Cath Lab.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the cardiac catheterization lab.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Valid RN license for the state of Indiana.
