Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 4x10 schedule with a rotating day off. Call required.

Job Description

The candidate will work in the Operating Room setting, primarily at the Boswell campus, and may be required to float to the Del Webb campus as needed. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room.
• Assist with the preparation of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia during procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a sterile environment and comply with infection control protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months experience in Operating Room/Inpatient nursing, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Life support certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS) must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Valid driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
