Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in our busy Level II trauma center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in clinical practice, teamwork, and patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Utilize technology and equipment specific to the emergency setting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe patient care environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications prior to start date.
• NIHSS certification prior to start date, ENPC certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is essential.
