Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse for our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to post-operative cardiac surgery patients, utilizing advanced monitoring techniques and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to immediate post-operative cardiac surgery patients.
• Perform advanced procedures including central line insertion, Swan-Ganz catheter insertion, and intubations.
• Utilize hemodynamic monitoring and manage patients with devices such as IABP, Impella, and CRRT.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license and certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
• Strong critical care experience with specific experience in CVICU preferred.
• Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and advanced cardiac devices is strongly preferred.
