Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Acute Care Registered Nurse for our 23-bed unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with a skilled team of healthcare professionals. This role requires proficiency in electronic documentation using Cerner and adherence to unit guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols and nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
