Schedule

Shift: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM (36 guaranteed hours per week). Weekend hours required every other week as needed. Call requirements may include 10-11 days per month, increasing to 15-16 days if rostered with minimal staff.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for our Surgery department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care in an operating room setting, ensuring safety and comfort for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures as part of the surgical team.
• Monitor patients' conditions pre-and post-operation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and practices.
• Provide effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse license in New Mexico.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an OR setting.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and HWC.
• Fingerprinting is required prior to hire; documentation must show the check is being processed.
