Job Description

Join our dedicated ICU team, where your skills and compassion will make a significant impact on patients’ lives in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our unit is a Magnet-designated facility with an Intensivist available 24/7, providing care primarily for elective patients in a small community hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient ratio of 2:1 in ICU with the possibility of 3:1 for step-down patients or 1:1 for high acuity cases.
• Provide critical care procedures including intubation, central line insertion, bronchoscopy, and endoscopy.
• Administer and titrate vasopressor IV drips, manage ventilator settings, and provide care for patients with sepsis and arrhythmias.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification required.
• Preferred: Experience with cardiac care and CRRT.
