MRI Technologist

Job Description

The MRI Technologist operates magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes. This role includes explaining the procedure to the patient, positioning and immobilizing patients on the exam table, and observing patients during the scan under the direction of a physician. The technologist will review and evaluate computer-generated information to ensure that images are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes, and will utilize safety measures and protective devices to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

This position operates on a Days/Varied shift schedule.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
