Job Description

Join our team in a dynamic nursing position where you will play a crucial role in patient care and support. We seek dedicated professionals who are licensed and committed to upholding our standards of excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid nursing license.
• Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations, including but not limited to: Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap.
• Completion of background checks and required training certifications.
