Job Description

Join a state-of-the-art, 66-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to helping individuals recover from severe injuries and illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs provide customized and intense care for patients dealing with stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients within the rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in conditions.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ year of experience as a nurse (LPN) required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Licensure in the state of Texas (multistate or TX).
