Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to fill two available positions, one in an inpatient setting and the other in an outpatient environment. The outpatient position requires PAMS certification. This role is essential in providing therapeutic interventions to enhance the functional skills and independence of patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' occupational performance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to assist patients in achieving their goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
• PAMS certification required for the outpatient position.
