Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Retama Manor for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, evaluating their conditions, and implementing effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to promote patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
