MRI Technologist

Schedule

This position involves 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, specifically from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM, scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. There is a possibility of back-up call and potential call requirements on holidays that fall within the contract period.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using MRI equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The role requires a high level of technical skill and adherence to safety protocols. The successful candidate will have experience in operating Siemens 1.5T or 3T MRI systems (Aera/Sola/Skyra/Vida) and Philips MRI systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital.
• Certification: ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT required.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
