Registered Nurse - Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. This role involves providing specialized treatment to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in maximizing health, function, and quality of life for patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and recovery processes.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
