Schedule

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) with weekend requirements every other week.

Job Description

Join our team as a Night Respiratory Therapist in a critical access facility, where you will provide essential care to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality respiratory care.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and assessments for patients.
• Administer medications and aerosols as needed.
• Perform intubations and extubations, arterial punctures, and other critical procedures.
• Manage and troubleshoot mechanical ventilation.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop patient care plans.
• Maintain detailed patient records and charting using the Epic system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Washington state Respiratory Therapist license.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a critical care or related setting.
• Experience with various respiratory therapy equipment and procedures.
