Schedule

Shifts can be arranged as 5x8 (Monday to Friday) from 08:00 to 17:00 or occasionally 09:00 to 18:00, or as 4x10 with staggered shifts starting from 07:00 to 17:30 and 08:00 to 18:30.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to provide outstanding patient care in two clinical sites in the Wilmington, NC area, floating between locations as needed. The role involves utilizing advanced treatment technologies to help in the management and delivery of radiation therapy to patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients per prescribed protocols.
• Collaborate with medical staff in treatment planning and patient management.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety standards and protocols.
• Assist in simulation procedures while paired with other therapists.
• Maintain accurate patient records and answer questions regarding treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with ARIA and Varian systems preferred.
