Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel RN with experience in Pre-Operative care to join our team. The Pre-Op unit is responsible for the preparation of patients undergoing procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Phase 2 recoveries for Urology, GYN, and other Same Day Surgery (SDS) patients.
• Manage preoperative procedures including outpatient infusions, EKGs, blocks, and blood transfusions.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes in condition.
• Coordinate care with team members and assist during procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience in Phase 2 recovery is a must; preoperative experience is preferred.
