Healthcare Position - Night Shift

Shift: 06:00 PM - 06:30 AM, with every third weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to fill a night shift position. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and well-being, with responsibilities including patient assessments, medication administration, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document all medications given.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform assessments and create patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid healthcare-related license/certification.
• Completion of required health screenings (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, etc.)
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form and Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form completed.
• Successful background check and verification of education.
