8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours weekly.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services to outpatient orthopedic patients, fostering their recovery and enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have prior outpatient experience and will be expected to meet productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' orthopedic conditions.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions with an expected caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure any overtime hours are approved by the director before being worked.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• No new graduates accepted; candidates should have prior experience.
• Must possess appropriate licensure for physical therapy.
