This position offers a night shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care while adhering to all professional and organizational standards. The role requires compliance with all onboarding health history requirements and competencies, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete required Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist.
• Maintain compliance with Trinity Code of Conduct and all relevant professional agreements.
• Pass necessary health screenings including physical exams and vaccinations.
• Undergo periodic evaluations and participate in ongoing training and development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid License/Certificate Verification required.
• COVID-19 vaccine and other immunizations such as MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella are mandatory.
• Negative 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) results.
• Trinity Criminal Background Check and other professional verifications must be completed.
