Job Description

This position requires strong credentials and compliance with various health and professional standards. Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety and ensuring adherence to institutional protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to Trinity Code of Conduct.
• Complete the Trinity Skills Checklist.
• Participate in Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• Implement safety measures as outlined in the Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form.
• Ensure compliance with health history and vaccination requirements, including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
• Conduct necessary evaluations to meet health standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid professional license or certification as required by the position.
• Completion of required health forms including but not limited to Physical/Health Statement and Drug Screen.
• Compliance with Trinity Criminal Background Check.
• Submission of a Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.
• Completion of Trinity Education Verification.
