Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide quality patient care across all of Lancaster County. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Perform assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current PT license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
