Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 4x9-hour schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist with a strong background in performing CT scans on patients of all ages, including neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of CT scans, including abdomen, chest, and brain perfusion scans, adhering to safety and quality protocols.
• Administer contrast media and prepare patients for imaging, ensuring proper positioning.
• Maintain and operate CT equipment, and ensure equipment safety standards are met.
• Document imaging results and collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient care plans.
• Participate in quality control and assurance measures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) is required.
• Experience with PACS and administering contrast agents.
• Preferred experience in NICU, PICU, and adult ICU settings.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
