Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapy team delivers treatment and diagnostic patient care services to critical and non-critical patients across all age groups and populations, utilizing evidence-based techniques related to the cardiopulmonary system.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results to inform treatment plans.
• Administer various therapies and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT).
• Current state of Oregon Respiratory Care License.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications for Pediatric Critical Care.
• Two (2) years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred.

Schedule

Varies, with every other weekend required.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
