Respiratory Therapist

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapy team delivers treatment and diagnostic patient care services to critical and non-critical patients across all age groups and populations. Utilizing evidence-based techniques related to the cardiopulmonary system, the team is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment and diagnostic services to patients with respiratory disorders.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapies in patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current registration by National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT) required.
• Current state of Oregon Respiratory Care License required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• ACLS, NRP, and PALS certification required for PCH Respiratory Therapy.
• Two (2) years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred.

Schedule

This position features a varied schedule with occasional weekends.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
