Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) / Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

36 hours per week, working from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with acute care experience. The ideal candidate will provide respiratory care services to patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures.
• Monitor patients’ respiratory status and adjust therapies as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and disease management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification is required.
• NRP certification is preferred.
• Active state license as an RRT or CRT.
• Acute care experience is mandatory.
