Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel RN specializing in Telemetry to join our team on the night shift. The position is based in a fast-paced medical/telemetry unit, where you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and manage medication drips.
• Assist with the insertion and maintenance of central lines.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR system (Meditech).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital Telemetry experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred.
