Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel RN specializing in Telemetry nursing. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an Intermediate Care unit. The position involves working both night shifts and ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team to monitor patient progress and implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions in a telemetry setting.
• Administer medication and IV drips as prescribed.
• Perform heart catheter recovery and bubble studies.
• Document patient care activities using Meditech EMR.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Telemetry experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Prior experience with Meditech is preferred.
