Pediatric Infusion RN

Schedule

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. There are no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.

Job Description

The Pediatric Infusion Center provides essential infusions and procedural care for various pediatric specialty services, including chemotherapy, monoclonal antibody administration, blood product administration, enzyme replacement therapy, and gene therapy. Candidates must possess excellent prioritization and communication skills, as well as proficient IV skills, particularly with IVADs/Ports. Flexibility is essential to adjust to the changing needs of the center.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusions and perform procedures related to pediatric specialty services.
• Exhibit strong prioritization and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain flexibility in adapting to the evolving needs of the Pediatric Infusion Center.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License in New York.
• Two (2) years of experience in pediatrics.
• Current BLS certification.
• PEARS certification.
• APHON certification is preferred.
