Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team, focusing primarily on adult patient populations. The ideal candidate will have experience in an acute care facility and be capable of managing critical patient care with efficiency and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Emergency Room setting
• Manage and assess patient needs effectively
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for patient documentation
• Participate in mandatory reporting and patient safety initiatives

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, TNCC
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility
• Mandatory Reporter Certification (Child and Adult)
• Passing a 10-panel drug test, including opiates
• Titers (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB) from the last 12 months
