This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 06:30 PM to 07:00 AM.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing quality patient care during the weekend shift. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee patients' health and ensure their safety and well-being. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain health records.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare practices and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience in the applicable healthcare setting.
