Job Description

Join a dedicated team at a leading medical surgical unit providing critical support to adult patients. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and ensuring patient safety while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the Charge RN or Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in patient assessments and implement care plans.
• Manage IV fluids, tube feeds, and IV therapies.
• Provide support with daily living activities and patient care needs.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: ACLS certification.
• Telemetry rhythm capabilities and strong critical thinking skills.
