Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Units

This position requires 12-hour night shifts, with a commitment of 72 hours every two weeks.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will float between two medical surgical/telemetry units and will be responsible for providing care for medical surgical overflow in the ICU and ED. Candidates must have experience with EPIC for documentation and patient management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in medical surgical and telemetry units.
• Monitor and assess patients, ensuring timely intervention and care adjustments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
• Utilize the EPIC system for documentation and patient management.
• Float to ICU and ED for medical surgical overflow as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• Experience in medical surgical/telemetry units preferred.
• EPIC experience is required.
