LPN Clinic Position

Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will have prior clinic experience and will be ready to provide excellent patient care in various clinic departments including Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Obstetrics, and Urgent Care. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while making a positive impact on patient health.

Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 80 hours every two weeks, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional shifts extending until 6:00 PM if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in clinic settings.
• Assist with patient assessments and evaluations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient information and care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care.
• Assist at various clinic locations as needed for coverage.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous clinic experience, particularly in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, or similar outpatient clinic environments.
• Current LPN licensure in good standing.
