Day shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN for the Outpatient Surgery department. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty area. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring effective surgical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families regarding preoperative and postoperative care.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the operating room.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a surgical or outpatient setting.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred.
