Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN-OR)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including call, weekends, and holidays. Note that there is no block scheduling available.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and experience in a Level 1 trauma setting, with a preference for additional burn experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions pre-, intra-, and post-surgery.
• Administer medications and manage post-operative care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous travel nursing experience.
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma facility.
• Strong clinical skills verified by a high rating on skills checklist.
• Burn experience is preferred.
