Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 06:45) with every other weekend and some holidays required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Acute Care and MS Telemetry to join our team. The Registered Nurse will provide care for patients who are admitted and waiting in the Emergency Department (ED) for bed availability. This may include providing care in a designated area or possibly in the hallway. If there are no patients being boarded, the nurse may be assigned to an acute care area, though this would be a rare occurrence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care or telemetry nursing.
• Current ACLS certification required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
